I can't play video email attachments. It shows as a QuickTime file, but will not play. It says It's loading and stays that way. The file is only 7mb. Thoughts?

Hello Earlboston - quoted below are the video formats, including .mov (Quicktime), supported by the iPad (from Apple's support site) - I believe that the native 'Videos' app on the iPad is likely Quicktime (or a clone), but don't quote me on that one - :)

If not already done, I would first suggest 'Restarting' the iPad, and if not successful then try a 'Reset' - check HERE if directions are needed - good luck, and please post back your results!
