Pop-up windows in top left corner in [a piracy tweak] and some other applications

My iPad2 pop-up windows in appear in the top left corner in a piracy-enabling tweak and some other applications and I can't use them at all, can't move them or "click" on them they're so far high..... Is there a solution for that or it is a bug?

Really? Really?!

That piracy-enabling tweak is an app specifically designed so people can use it to steal apps. Here at iPadForums, we don't support thieves or pirates. Not only is it against our rules and policy - it's illegal!

If you are having trouble with your iPad because of this app, it's your own fault and it serves you right. You'll get no help from anyone here.
