Not a printer, but it let's you connect the printer to it and share over wifi. It is also less than 100.

I think you can get the same printer wifi connectivity free by installing AirPrint on your computer. On Windows, it will connect to just about any printer.

I have had good luck with Canon printers. My current one is the pixma MP640, a multifunction wifi printer. I don't know if it's available anymore. It works great.
