Problem Entering Email Address

I was attempting to log into Amazon.com and in entering my email address I found a problem. I entered my email ....@bellsouth.net but the IPAD changed it to ....@bell south.net. The space corrupted the email account (no spaces). Is there a way to correct this? Thanks.

I thought spaces were not allowed in email address'? Isn't there an automated correction system at Amazon's?

When you type bellsouth you should see a little correction popup showing you it wants to add the space, just hit the X on that popup and it will leave it as you typed it. After you've done that a few times it will not auto correct the space for you and you won't have to worry. I had the same issue with comcast, it wanted to go to com cast
