Problem permanently deleting a game app off iPad - previous game reinstalls! Help!

Hi, I have 3 iPads (different family members). Each had a game app Hobbit installed on it, one ipad still is playing the game. I've deleted the game app off the other 2 iPads and it says its been deleted. Yet when I install Hobbit again on this iPad the previous game of the Hobbit is still on it! I want a new game of the Hobbit on this iPad. I have deleted icloud account, and even reset the iPad to factory settings and yet when I install this game - the previous game comes up! It's driving me crazy! Please help!

I never played this game before but.......

Does that game uses wi-fi so you can play it? Because if it is, its data is stored in your iPad or Apple ID. Try changing your apple ID.
