I have converted several mostly hd videos to mp4 using Alive ipad video converter and they appear in iTunes under films and pay in iTunes. However they won't sync to my ipad2. There are ticked under the device/films and I hit Apply but don't transfer. No error messages and two other purchased films copy over ok. Please help?
