Since updating my 3rd gen ipad I find that when using Safari, if I tap a link which takes me to a new webpage (not opening a new tab) when I return by tapping the left arrow I am returned to the top of the original page, not to the position I was at when I tapped the link. Before ios7 it always returned me to the original position. This means I have to scroll back to the position I was at. Only solution for me is to open the link in a new tab. I also have chrome and that works ok, so not sure why Safari doesn't....
