Problem with Screen rotation

Hello every one my screen rotation was working normal before i upgraded to ISO6 i tried every poosible action i know to get it working but was not successful yet, i assume there is Bug with ISO6 can any one help me here?

Press the home button twice and then swipe to the right to open the control panel as pictured in the lower part of the screen shot. The gray box at the bottom left of the screen shot is for locking and unlocking the screen rotation.

I did that many times and still same problem,, this problem came after i upgraded to ISO6 only before that it was Ok.

Not on ios6, but in ios5 under general, settings, use side switch as, you can choose between mute and lock rotation.
