Problems updating ios to latest version

Hi all,

I'm on the latest iPad wifi "ipad 4" and it came with iOS 6.0

I jail broke like a month back and still works fine.

However, today I tried to update the software and it doesn't update???

I see itunes download the latest software and it shows "Preparing iPad for software update".

Later on it'll always give me a prompt:
"The iPad "name" could not be updated. This device isn't eligible for the requested build."

I click on more information on that prompt and it takes me the the page of which initial browser opens with "error 3194" before reloading to: iOS: Resolving update and restore alert messages "

I hope someone else encountered this alrady and can help me out!
