hi iPad community,

I just purchased an iPad3 32g 4g. To my surprise, I am having problem uploading video files using iTunes. I tried converting my video files using several converter apps but none of my converted files is not allowed to be uploaded to my iPad. I thought it was as easy as uploading videos like iPod classic, but with my iPad3, I can't get to make it work.

It's quite frustrating! :( I hope somebody come across my post. Need your advise. Thanks in advance.

Be sure the video files are MPEG-4 files. Open iTunes and go to Movies on the left side of your screen. Then file>Add to Library and select your video. That puts the video into iTunes then you just hot sync.

If you do need to convert the files to IPad compatible format, look for software like Handbrake that have actual iPad presets. These should work with iPads without issue.

I guess you are trying to Add to Library into iTunes then syncing to the iPad? That should work.
