So I've jailbroken my ipad 1 ios 5.1.1 and I have snes9x es plus and a lot of games on it is working. I downloaded psx4all and downloaded some roms on it. Problem is that everytime I try to play a psx game on it, gameplay is frozen except sounds. If I back out and go back into the app, the gameplay changes images. I've downloaded bios but don't know where to put it.

It's not that you're doing anything wrong or your iPad is messed up. That emulator was long abandoned last I know. If it isn't abandoned, the development on it is slower than a snail. Don't expect epsxe level performance or anywhere close.
