Publish free ebooks in ibookstore?

Does anyone know if the ibookstore accepts free ebooks? Amazon and Barnes & Nobles (Pub-it) both require books submitted through their self-publishing platforms to be priced at at least $.99.

I don't have the answer for that, but you can go straight to the horse's mouth (so to speak) --

https://itunesconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/wa/apply

Select Books from the dropdown box and hit Continue.

Thanks, but the reason I'm on the forum is that the ibookstore application doesn't have this information available.

when u use iTunesproducer to upload your book, there is a "free" option you can choose
