Puffin Browser - Flash

Does anyone know how Puffin I supports Flash?

I thought that Apple wouldn't allow Adobe Flash to be installed.

Have they have developed their own Flash support?

What is puffin ? I didn't know there was a way to get flash?

Not sure about Puffin but it is possible to get flash with ISwifter although it is quite slow.
