Have you checked your settings? Failing that, you have a 'duff' app and need to re-load it. Contact the place where you bought it from and tell them you need to re-load it, otherwise you will need to pay for it again.

Which iPad do you have? As this sounds like a ram problem. Go to Settings - General - Safari and delete your history and cookies....this will free up ram. Also look to see how many location services you are running and limit these.
Apple keeps a log on any app you do download, if you delete it, you will be able to download again free. Let us know how you go.

Hi Teresajane. Give it one last go before deleteing and re-loading the app. Connect your iPad to your computer and see if it will get it up and running properly. There are usually 5 steps to downloading an app. Try connecting and see if your comp completes the download. Failing that, it's a re-load.
