Is there an app, working in the same sort of style as the app "PushThePage" but reversed, allowing you to push a page from your ipad to either an online account such as your google account or preferably to a client installation on the pc in question?
I hope I understand what you want to do, but please forgive me if I'm wrong.
If you want to be able to send a complete web page from Safari somewhere, then the day to do this is to convert the page to PDF and then email it.
To convert a page in Safari to PDF you need a 'bookmarklet' - which is some simple Java script that does the work for you. Paste the link below into Safari and save it as a bookmark for later..
You may need to do a little reformatting to get around the line break issues.
So, if you have a web page on your screen that you want to save as PDF (so that you can then send it to someone), simply go to that bookmark in your bookmarks list and the page you're looking at will be converted to PDF and you can either save it in, say, iBooks or email it to someone.
I should add that I'm not clever enough to have authored this myself; it was supplied by another (much cleverer) Forum member. If you have any problems (long URLs always have 'issues') then don't hesitate to get back to me and I'll try to send the URL some other way.
I'm lazy and use a google mail address.
Since I have no one in my address book with a name beginning with x (International man of mystery) I entered my name and email addy there.
Just hit the send to arrow in safari (fifth icon from the right on tool bar) and then x and it will supply my name in the box. Hit confirm then send and go back to sleep. Tap X tap tap.
Anything more complicated, ask Tim. Stops him sleeping on the bus......
Works absolutely perfectly, definately suggest it, it pushes iOS to iOS, iOS to computer and vice versa, brilliant! However, when recieving on iOS, it does use its only browser rather than safari, but tbh, its actually quite a nice browser.
