What are the steps to be followed to upgrade flash player in iPad

iOS does not support Flash Player. There are several applications available for free or at cost, in the App Store, that permit you to watch Flash content on an iOS
device. I prefer "Photon". "iSwifter" and "Puffin" are other examples.
