Reading emails offline...

Ot really an iPad question but...
How do I save emails and then read them offline?

If you're using the POP email protocol, then this downloads emails from the server and stores them locally - so you could read them off-line. If you're using the IMAP protocol, then the iPad is a virtual window onto your email server and you'll need to be online to read emails.
