Reading from a text box that slides up

Hi,

I was looking at a review on the web site. The reviews were within a box which you would scroll up or down to get to the next review. When I go to scroll up the entire page slides up ( or down) I am sure I am just missing something like a tap here or there. I would appreciate any help you could provide. Thanks again...al

Tap then press and hold in the text box. With a second finger then scroll.
