Can I purchase a liquid to restore the glass to factory condition economically to reduce smudging?

I don't know if it is what you are looking for, but I was at the Apple store the other day and saw that they sell spray, and wipes for cleaning the iPad or iPhone screens. There were two different packages. I thought the price was reasonable for what you got. It seems that since they were selling it at the Apple store it would be something that would not harm the conditioning of the glass.

If you are referring to the oleophobic coating on the glass, I don't believe there is a way to restore that coating if it wears off or is damaged.
