Depends on where you live, light conditions, light types, etc.

The PowerSupport HD anti-glare protector does a good job on my iPhone 4s, and it reduces fingerprints a lot.
There is some loss of picutre quality however.

The iVisor AG helps some. The biggest advantage is virtually no fingerprints.
