Refresh page

Morning folks,
I have a blog site I look at regularly which doesn't refresh when I open it.
Checked the same page on a PC and it is clearly updating but not on my ipad.

There is a refresh button in Safari. It's next to the URL/search bar:

Pressing it should refresh that particular page.
