Remote control iPad with iPhone

Are there any apps that will allow me to remote control my iPad using my iPhone? Reason being is I would like to use my iPhone like a remote while the iPad is plugged into the tv running netflix

Same issue here. Tried Tango and Remote, but neither enables simple play/stop/pause control of Netflix I'm seeking
