remote ipad from laptop

Hi mates
Anyone know if there is any remote app/program for laptop in order to control/help an ipad user?
I know it's possible the other way around. Now i'm giving my mother an ipad but i'm worried about how to support her online.
Any creative suggestions?

I'm afraid this is not possible. Because the apps in the iPad are isolated ('sandboxed'), it is impossible for one app to control another - and this is, in effect, what would be required in order to be able to control your mother's iPad from your PC. Apple isolated the apps in this way in order to absolutely prevent virus infection from affecting the iPad, since any potential virus would be unable to infect any other part of the iPad. The downside of this arrangement is that what you want to achieve is not possible.
