Restore 16G iPad (first generation) via iCloud

My iTunes is now completely frozen...I've tried uninstalling/installing both iTunes & Quicktime with no success in solving the problem. So...with iTunes out of commission I've been trying to find out roughly how long it takes to restore a 16G first generation iPad via iCloud. I haven't been able to find much of anything on this topic. Anyone tried it?

I don't know if it scales linearly, but I've heard of a 2GB iCloud restore taking an hour.

It really depends on your Internet speed. Use the erase all content and settings in the settings app, and then after all that is said and done just select "restore from iCloud" when you get to the iOS 5 initial setup.
