Restore IPad

Is is possible to restore an iPad 1st generation 2015 model from a iPad 2nd generation. Both have the same screen size and both have 256 GB of storage.

The backup from which you are restoring has to be made with the same software version installed on both devices, or an older software version installed on the iPad 2 while backing up. If that’s the case, it’s possible to restore from that backup.

Yes I forgot to write that. Yes both will have the same software version.

I remember doing that before. But had a error message that the there was no room. So I checked and my computer had like 1.35 gb left out of 1000.
