Yes

Just change the wallpaper for the desktop to your banner.

It is in the settings.

Might I suggest you made your image BODY { FONT-FAMILY:Verdana; FONT-SIZE:10pt } P { FONT-FAMILY:Verdana; FONT-SIZE:10pt } DIV { FONT-FAMILY:Verdana; FONT-SIZE:10pt } TD { FONT-FAMILY:Verdana; FONT-SIZE:10pt } 1024×1024 and make sure your banner is centred with space at each side, so when it's started in portrait mode it displays clearly.
