Safari won't play sound over blue tooth

My apps will play sound over my external blue tooth speaker but any site that I access in safari will not play sound over the blue tooth, only ipad speaker. I have the new IPAD 5 with air connection. Help please

Make sure you have selected your BlueTooth speaker in the Control Panel (will only show up if paired and in range).

Edit: I don't normally watch Twitch.TV, but I has having trouble finding a video online that didn't open in the YouTube app.
