Does anybody know how i can make a website my homepage on ipad 3 6.0 safari

Ipads dont have homepages per se in safari. It uses the last page opened. Why not just create a bookmark

Or tap the box/arrow icon (to the left of the URL field) and choose Add to Home Screen. This will create an icon on the Home Screen that will take you directly to that sight in Safari.

Though I prefer to just bookmark important pages and place them in the Bookmark Bar.
