screen freeze on startup

Hi my jailbrocken ipad2 has started freezing on startup, the onlything that isn't frozen is a dropdown menu app. THis allows me to respring,then allmis well. Any ideas?

Use that drop down thing and tap power, and then hit safe mode.
Open cydia and uninstall the latest app or tweak you installed.

Glad it's done. Make sure to only install tweaks that are compatible with iPad and your software version.
