Have you spent any time in the Accessibility tab of your settings app? If not you might be interested to know that you can invert the colors of your whole OS, making it super trippy! It's called white on black and you should check it out, and if your jailbroken download the white on black sbsettings toggle to make warping your iPad experience even more convenient!

Yeah, it's a useful feature for e-reading apps that don't have a white on black option for night time reading built in. Black text on white background is hard on the eyes laying in bed with no lights on.

You can set a triple click of your home button to accomplish this black/white inversion also. I use that for when reading with iBooks. Saves having to go to the setting menu.
