"sent from my iPad"!

How do I stop this message coming up each time or, alternatively make it read "Sent from my amazing new iPad, aren't I so trendy, why don't you keep up to date like me!"

Go to the Settings page, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars. In the 4th section down it says Signiture. Tap it and you can change it to what you want.
