Shake to hear time, clock suggestions for app?

Hi guys, I need a clock that will tell me audibly the current time if I shake the ipad. Also that it can do so while running in the background. And that telling me the time won't stop whatever music I'm listening to to help me sleep. Am willing to pay $ for it, PLEASE help. It seems like once I open my eyes to check the time I have a hard time falling asleep again, and so I don't want to have to do that, nor have to open Music app to resume the music when the app pauses it. Thanks a million!!!
