Being a newbie here, I would like to know why my posts or replies regarding the Skype iPad app gets deleted. Am I not following proper decorum?

You posted, more or less, the same question several times; iPad Forum rules suggest that you should post a question once and then wait - remembering that this is an international forum and it may take a while for answers to arrive.
