Skype scam - re "Urgent notification ...."

Just started getting skype calls directing me to a website to upgrade security. Its a scam. Has anyone ever got this and can you advise how to block on iPad 2?

I will look into Skype and see if there's a way to block.

I've just found this to put on your Mac or you can switch to PC.
