SlideShark App with Apple TV

Hi! I could use some help on this one…..I am doing a Powerpoint presentation using SlideShark app off my iPad, connected to Apple TV on a big screen. The Apple TV mirrors my iPad screen- which prevents me from using the option of having my notes show up just for my viewing only. Any ideas??
