I need neighbors/friends for Smurfs Village like crazy! I have zero friends! Ugh... Anyone out there able to help?

Ok quick update I have 120 neighbors now which is awesome, but I want to make sure they get their gifts everyday and if I have anymore, well that won't happen! Game Center logs me off so much it takes 2 hours to gift 120 people!!
