How I directly download songs on my ipad3 without iTunes.

Options are limited.
The one I'm familiar with is Amazon's Cloud Player app, which allows streaming and downloading to devices. I like it because I dislike iTunes and it frees me to manage my music across my iOS and Android devices. Its availability depends on country, though.
