Suggested contact manager app(s)?

Hello all.

I am enjoying my iPad greatly, but would love to have an app to manage my contacts, specifically:
- have contacts linked with appointments
- have multiple contact notes with date/times
- potential to sync to somewhere (cloud, Mac, etc.)

Most apps I have seen are iPhone apps. Nothing for iPad yet?
