I just bought two new computers for clients and both came with Windows 7. Not 8.

You have to manually enable that in settings, and I have never seen Marie mention that she knows another language. :)

Now ~ all the other keyboards are in dif languages? Oh. I did not know that. Well ~ actually. I think I did.

As for the original problem, can you clear it up a bit Marie? I didn't quite understand your first post.
 
Marie, are you still JB on 4.33 or did you upgrade to 5 and JB tethered? I believe the "globe" switch is a new function of the iOS 5.
Greywolf, I only have English as a language yet I have English, English UK and Emoji keyboards enabled.
The "globe" key is just to the right on the 123 key.

Sorry if I was confusing.

Oh no, I know what you are talking about. :)
And the globe icon have been on the iPad since it was released.
