Switch easy nude case:
Right where do I start on this! I own the iPad 2 3G model, wanting a low profile case I thought the nude would be the best choice. Oh boy, was I wrong! The case doesn't fit properly and makes an annoying squeaking sound whenever picked up, and because it isnt as snug on the iPad as it should be a lot of rubbish also gets stuck down the sides posing a scratch risk.*
After a little bit of research (I know I should have looked before buying but hindsight is 20/20), I found out that it's a common problem with the 3G model.*
I decided to email their customer service, who in all honesty have been absolutely shocking! I don't know where this zoltan is from but his command of the English language is basic and comes off extremely condescending.*
Anyway to the point and this is the icing on the cake for me, their response about the fault on their case.. It's apples fault!*
So according to them the obvious fault on their product, which zoltan admitted is present, is because apple was silly enough to put a 3G antenna on the iPad. His advice to me, go try putting the case on the wifi model an it will show you there's nothing wrong with it! There obviously is something wrong as he admitted that it doesn't fit the 3G properly.*
So be warned 3G owners! As they know there's a problem with the case but there's no warning on their site that it may not fit correctly on the iPad 3G.*
