Sync hangs forever; iOS4.3, MacKeeper?

iPad1 owner; I've looked everywhere in forums to fix this issue: sync stopped at 75% of backup (now 95% after hard reset). Then message is 'can't back up iPad'; the only way I get a full backup done after this is to delete previous backup and perform another hard reset. But next 2-3 sync, issue pops up again. Depressing!

I believe this started either after I upgraded to iSO4.3 (some WiFi prob also), or installed the MacKeeper Anti-virus (can't find how to disable it w/o uninstalling software). I figure it is more the former (since I didn't have backup prob at first with MacKeeper).

New suggestions are welcome. Thks!

I can't help you, but if it's the iPad's fault then return it to apple to get it replaced.
