Syncing photos from computer to Ipad

I know that I can sync photos from a camera to the Ipad. Can I move photos from my Windows based computer to my Ipad?

Not with any of the official Apple programs, at least not to the Apple photo application.
There are other programs that allows you to move pictures to other folders / applications, without the Sync Killer of Apple.

Or if you don't want to use iTunes and don't mind not being able to organize in albums you can use a third party solution like PhotoSync. There are others, but that is what I use.

To avoid iTunes and the Photos app altogether you can use apps like Photo-Sort or Photo Manager Pro. Again, there are lots of others.
