Has anyone gotten a tab leader on their ipad in Pages? Ive found no way to create one, and when I load a pages document created on my Mac, the leaders aren't there.

There is no leader tab type in Pages.
You can create a similar effect using the decimal tab, but it's probably more work than you want to go through. Create a decimal tab by creating a normal tab, then double tap it until it's a circle.
After you insert a tab on the start your next word with a period in front, then insert ellipses to the left of the period until it fills as much of the empty space as desired. You can find the ellipses character by pressing the 123? key then tap-holding on the period key. When the ellipses pops up slide your finger to the that key and release.
Because it's not a real leader tab, any font changes will disrupt the formatting. You'll have to reposition the tab (by dragging) and possible insert or delete some of the filler characters.
