I'm with you Darkstar. The devices are costly and should be looked after. My iPod case - fold open wallet style is an excellent investment. I carry a screen cleaning cloth laid over the iPod glass when the case is closed, and use a stylus a lot. The iPod still looks good and unbattered.

I keep my iPhone 4 in a defender case and my iPad 2 as well. I take them out once a week to clean them and play around with them.

I'm with Hayles66 though. I only do this in the bed away from the edges. !

Ours was productive yesterday. I did loads of work on a fast running PC. Fast running for once! Then we picked up new curtains on order and purchased sales bargains and baby gear for our niece who will be delivering sometime in February.

The day had such a feel good factor.

1- negotiating the sale of a book
2- setting up a web site, blog, Facebook page for said book
3- looking for parts for a banjo, learning to do simple engraving
4- talking myself into a RED camera
5- seriously considering a dog; looking around for a old dog so we have something in common. Perhaps we can share the same set of false teeth
6- running the numbers and considering the pros and cons of another girlfriend

that's about it.
