Actually it's part of a mosaic panel in the floor of the National Gallery in London. The panels are post WW2 and placed by a European gent. Sorry, I don't remember whom.

The traffic congestion is outrageous. The one way eastbound portion of the highway is CLOSED and westbound lanes are reduced to accommodate heavy equipment and public transportation.

Hmmm. I see what you mean.
It was downloaded from my reporter's picture archive.
She took it with her iPhone from a plane orbiting the excavation site.

As you know I'm an IT dunce so most of what I do isn't pretty.
