Could be. The world record for the largest display of Christmas lights belongs to a Canberra couple, with a total of 331,038 lights. The link also contains a video of the light display.

But beautiful never the less. I can't help wondering how much energy was used to produce the electricity needed to run those lights. If it were nuclear power, solar, wind etc... It would make me feel better.
