Has anyone noticed anything unusual about the iTunes 12 days of Christmas giveaway? Today, I went to download today's gift and discovered that I was offered a different download, depending on which device I was using.

It makes sense. Rewarding multiple iOS device ownership with more offerings.
Or - consumer / demographic targeting to see who's downloading what to what?

It sure seems like that. On several days I was able to download 2 different free gifts on the same day.

Can you share the different gifts between you devices?

I forget the term, but under settings I was invited to switch on a shared download facility on both iPads to allow a purchase to download to both machines simultaneously.

Alternatively, could the gifts be loaded onto different devices via iCloud?

Yes, once you get it through the 12 days of Christmas app or any other means, it belongs to you so as long as it's compatible with the particular iDevice you can have it on those devices.

I can set my devices up for simultaneous downloads or I can just go to my purchase history and download from there.

I don't have the bear, but I've got the clown, seal, rabbit, cat, pig, elephant, swan, and penguin. My owl is only about 1&rdquo; tall, is yours the same?

My owl is ~ 2 inches high, not big at all. I have the goldfish, the teddy bear holding the flower, another single teddy, a 2 teddy future, a puppy, a rabbit, a butterfly, and a squirrel (of course) !

Love those crystals......very nice Sci and Ski,

I have a few too, the rose, duck, Christmas tree, cat of course and a cat brooch.

These were close to hand
