Have the iPad 2, but should upgrade to the New retina display iPad?

Whether you should upgrade is entirely up to you. Do you feel the need to upgrade? Have you seen the new iPad up close? And after you see it, then question should be do you want to upgrade. You decide.

Only a decision you can make. If you're happy with what you have, then stick with it. If you want the latest, pull the trigger. Good luck!

Well, I think before you upgrade to the new iPad, you should know what the difference between the iPad 2 and new iPad(3rd-gen), and make sure you really need the new functions on the new iPad. If you clear this questions and can afford the new iPad, then turn to and go for it.
FYI, some iPad 3 VS iPad 2 comparisons: Google

The new retina display is really great. If you use your ipad for reading books/magazines, i think you should buy the new ipad. Good luck ;)

Agree with Hierro, if clarity of screen is what you need, then upgrade to the new one. If simply doing it for bragging rights, then stick to the ipad2.

Why? You don't get bragging rights with old tech. For that you need new tech.

You should take a breath and make a decision based on how you use your iPad and the new improvements.

I went from a 2 to the new one because I needed more memory. Other than that and when I use the better camera, day to daiy I notice no difference between the units.

I have an iPad 2 and I've tried the iPad 3 from what I can see I wouldn't the retina display doesn't look very different and I could care less about the camera
