Please make sure your camera app isn't the one on
Camera app trick:
1. Tap to open the camera app. You'll see the miniature photo located to the left of the word "Options."
2. Press and swipe the photo to the right to advance through the photos individually.
You can then swipe back to the photo-taking screen to snap a picture.
However, after tapping the camera app to open it, if you tap on that photo instead of pressing and swiping, you have to tap on the word "Done" to return to the photo-taking screen.
Excellent tip!!! Especially for those of us on the over 50 crowd. There are some things that should never be photographed. LOL
Triple tap the home button turns everything black/negative.
Thanks. That's a pretty cool tip.
when I opened my photo app all the photos just came up..didnt see option with photo next to it?
Very handy for e-reading programs that don't have a white on black option for reading an night built in.
You have to set that option in the Accessibility menu. Triple click is default set to some other function.
When I take photos at night they aren't very clear. Does the iPhone 4S have a flash function so pictures are not dark.

Hi, twin! I didn't know there were two of us in iPF. I hope you don't mind that I'm using the same avatar.
I don't know if iPhone 4s has a flash function, but there are apps that provide it, like this:

The standard camera app is OK but for those shots which need more control, such as night shots I find the Camera+ app to be much better, it's available of both the iPhone and iPad.....

There are lots of others (I'm always trying out different ones as they are either cheap or free) so it's worth experimenting to see what suits you.
