Titles for photos files

Hi all, Can someone please tell me how to give a name to the photos I take with iPad, I have iOS 9 and I have photos but with no names for each file.

There is no method for titling a photo in the Photos app. Even if you use another app to give a photo a title, it will not show up in Photos (though searching will find photos with titles containing the search term).

I'm sure there are apps out there that will let you add a title to a photo's metadata, but I don't have one. All my titles (the few I have) were added using the OS X (iMac) Photos app; which I sync with my iPhone using the iCloud Photos Library option (don't' use unless you understand the consequences)

If you're looking for an app:
Photogene allows to add titles to your photos.

The titles will only be visible in the Photogene app, not in Photos.
